我是UnityDrum Theater的創辦人及團長。

非洲的音樂及舞蹈打從我出生在西非迦納的那一刻起，就一直存在於我的生命之中。

我的父親在我五歲時，就開始教導我如何打鼓，他的教導不同於傳統的非洲鼓，我的父親是迦納Cape Coast知名的音樂家。

當我九歲的時候，我的爸爸與哥哥，帶我到位於Cape Coast城堡，一個名叫"The Twerampong Traditional Drumming and Danceing Group"的鼓團。

My name is Emmanuel charles richardson, I am the founder and head of UnityDrum Theater. African music and dancing have been in my life since I was born in Ghana, West Africa. My father taught me how to play drums when I was five years old. His teaching is different from traditional African drums. My father is a well-known musician on Cape Coast in Ghana. When I was nine years old, my father and brother took me to a drum group called "The Twerampong Traditional Drumming and Danceing Group" at Cape Coast Castle. They knew where my source of motivation in life came from. They know me?? I never knew that I could dance, but I knew that music was like a part of my body, like my passion. In the drum troupe, under the leadership of my teacher, I learn about African drums/dance and whatever they want to teach me. When I was in my country, my father passed away, and suddenly I lost everything in my life, but I never gave up what I did. I left the original drum group. I continued but stopped my formal group and became my own master by teaching foreign and local people to earn some money for a living. I am independent, teaching foreigners and locals to African inspiration and earn what they need. In 2007, when I was in high school, I got an opportunity to instruct my classmates to perform on the school's speech & award day. Since then, I led these members to start training and established my own drum group called "Unity Drum Theater".
